In episode one, Cedar provides a general overview of therapeutic cannabis use, including its history, the endocannabinoid system, and more.
In our second episode, Cedar discusses the often misused term “Full Spectrum" as it applies to cannabis and hemp products. Most consumers have a vague idea that full spectrum is a good thing when describing cannabis products. This is true, but unfortunately the term is often used improperly for marketing purposes. This is similar to the term “natural” in the food industry. There is not a strictly regulated definition of natural, and as a result, many highly processed products are marketed as natural, and the term has lost significance.
In this episode we are discussing the different ways to ingest cannabis. Most people are familiar with smoking, and we’ll include vaping and dabbing, but there are many more ways to ingest cannabis. We will dive into the details today on "Feel Better".
In this episode we are discussing why RSO and RSO tinctures are the most affordable and healthiest edibles. Edible products are a great way to ingest cannabis. Eating full-spectrum products provides all of the beneficial phytochemicals cannabis offers. In comparison, the high heat of smoking, dabbing and vaping destroys the flavonoids and other polyphenols that are critical for full spectrum synergy.
In this episode we are discussing dosing RSO with gel caps. Gel caps are available at most any drug store or online, and they’re very affordable, at a few pennies each. We include them in our RSO packaging for convenience.
Cedar Grey had the opportunity to sit down with the Knox Doctors, pioneering endocannabinologists from Portland, Oregon, to discuss what patients and consumers need to know when purchasing cannabis (marijuana, weed) products at dispensaries. Dr. Janice, Dr. David, and Dr. Rachel discuss the importance of knowing why you want to use cannabis, what makes a quality product, how to read labels, certificates of analysis (COAs) from laboratories, socially responsible companies, the endocannabinoid system (ECS), and much more!
